Fantasy football has made professional football Americano soft. For instance, the Colts are on the goal line and are throwing the ball instead of pounding the rock in for the 2 yards out with Addi they throw a 2 yard bootleg to Dallas Clark (43 rec yards,3 td). Dont get me wrong, i am a huge fantasy football player/supporter but time in and time out i see my running backs take a beating all the way down field and in the end they get no love. What happen to hard nose football, mono e mono, here i come stop me if you can???? There is nothing worse than losing a game in fantasy because instead of giving lets say for instance which happen to me this year, Rashard Mendenhall the ball after he drove the Steelers 60 yards on powerful running, they throw a 3 yeard bubble screen to Hines Ward. I know there is no “I” in team and the running backs are supposed to not care about their stats as long as they get the “W” but deep down inside you know they are holding back some bad thoughts and feelings so maybe, just maybe they might get some love later on in the game or season but in all reality they get DOG PISS JONES (nothing)! Well the tigers got swept by the sox and the red wings lost back to back games……….Well as I did earlier in this site I told verlander to watch bull durham. Well to the wings watch the movie slapshot. I mean come on in that movie they had heart and passion. Plus they make a reference to Gordie Howe. I mean come on wings man up and bring the cup back home to hockeytown. I know the refs screwed us in game four but champions rise above. Make Michigan proud in desperate times.

So this website talks about all sports……and yes some may be bias but Michigan softball is in the collge womens world series in softball. Me being from Michigan and being a true fan of the university GO LADY WOLVERINES. They won game one in the series and yes they are the only team east of the mississipi to win one and will be the only………Oh and the GREAT RED WINGS team plays the penguins again and at least HOSSA will raise the trophy. To most this does not make sense but to me it does and thats all that counts……..HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

As I sitt here amd type this I stare at my Jersey that sits in the closet till the end of last season. I can’t help but think of NFL draft pasts where the bust and sleepers that make up the NFL started. I remember the ryan leaf pick, look how good that was. Or then the Tom Brady pick……hmmmmm that turned out ok. I look at my beer I drink and tell myself, New England picks in the twenties pace yourself. Unlike las year when they had a top ten pick that landed defensive rookie of the year Jarrod Mayo, Thank you San Fran. I just keep tellin myself self make it till the first round at least. in time the Nfl season will be on the way for us fans.

AHHHHH yes its baseball season, now as some of you may know I am a Detroit Tiger baseball fan. Now I been through some rough times, 100 loss seasons. But got spoiled in 2006 with an impressive run to the sries but fell short. Well we have new young pitching and young hitting to match, but I have some issues. Justin Verlander you have resorted back to a young “Nuke LaLoosh”. Who is he you may ask I say this to Mr. nuke or “Meat” Watch Bull durham the movie. Listen to the words of wisdom memerize them cause the first rule of baseball…….”Don’t think it will only hurt the ball club.” Now you have an impressive fastball but your curve is deadlier, when that fastball finds its mark. Jimmy Leyland oh how I love you keep it old school smokin in the club house speakin your mind, but WTF were you thinking putting that duche Brandon Lyons in to save the second game? Jackson pitched a gem and ya put that fool in. I want to know who in the organization said this guy was your answer to a closer? I live in az now and seen this guy give up more hr’s then the head cheerleader in high school. Tell Fernando Rodney to have respect for the game and turn that hat to center. I mean its a simple game you throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball.
Now I saw that 15 run blast you put on the rangers today but lets hope you all didn’t prematurely blow your load. Lets have a good home stand against the rangers, I mean hell all ready started better then last year.

Spring training is now over and the regular season for baseball has begun. It has been a few years since the glory years of the Atlanta Braves, but like every year, this could be the year. With a group of new durable pitchers, mixed with a lineup that consists of plenty of young talent and a couple proven veterans, there is no saying at how well, or awful this team will do. HBK getting the best of Taker weeks before Wrestlemania 25
We have come to love a time every year in wrestling when the biggest show of the year comes at the end of March or early April. Wrestlemania. From the time I was a kid, it was the one pay-per-view I came to love and always want to purchase, albeit it was my parents money I wanted to use. this year was the first I ordered in quite sometime expecting one of the most entertaining shows of the year. As I watched the “Pre Game” show, if you will, I was taken aback to a time when the event was the greatest thing on Earth.
Hogan vs Andre the Giant. Hogan vs The Ultimate Warrior. Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart. The Rock vs Stone Cold Steve Austin. The Rock vs Hogan. The Undertaker vs everyone. I mean these were epic names and I KNOW I missed plenty. Then we get the matches, from the first ever ladder match to the Iron Man match. Every year there was something new, something to draw the viewers into the millions, and in this year, I was going to be a part of the 25th anniversary of the spectacle.

So NCAA March Madness is coming up and you know what that means tournament brackets. The joy of picking which team you feel will win it out of 65 teams. Do you pick with your heart and go with your favorite college team, or thought for the money. Oh the joy of bracket picking and finding your team you pick to win it all is out in the second round. Then you look over the other ones, and she Alice from accounting has the most points. How she pick them oh I like the colors she said. Or Billy from loading who’s son has the final 8 teams, and he picked them cause he liked the mascots. Lets face it its college sports anything can happen, just have fun and scratch off your losers, and highlight your winnners. Have fun if you choose to participate in brackets.

So we all know where the hate is coming from. As of late, the State of Utah has filed a lawsuit against the BCS. Now while i agree with multiple points, I agree more so that they are wrong. Now while I do believe that the ONLY true NCAA champ will be proved by playoffs, I believe that it is a tough argument to make.
I mean its a given that Utah made a run against Alabama. I mean it wasn’t like Boise State-Oklahoma where Boise St. won the match with trick plays and such. Utah faced Alabama face to face and took the game to them and won with no argument. Showing them how much better they were. I will admit that Utah is a great team, but will not agree they are a National Champion. I know how many arguments are against the BCS, but I believe that less bids would make the BCS more interesting. Read more…
